摘要
目的:探讨在一定剂量放射区行自体骨游离移植的可行性。方法:对3个实验组下颌骨分别给予20,30及40Gy不同剂量60Goγ射线照射,5周后在下颌骨下缘制成骨缺损模型,行自体肋骨游离移植,并与单纯行骨移植的对照组比较。结果:4组动物99mTc-MDP骨显像植骨区放射性核素聚积量均增高,X线显示骨端有骨痂形成,骨小梁横贯骨端。光镜下植骨块与宿主骨紧密连接,植骨区域有大量成骨细胞和破骨细胞存在,成骨旺盛。组织化学检测AKP及SDH反应均为不同程度阳性。结论:在放射剂量<40Gy的60Coγ射线照射区行自体骨游离移植修复骨缺损是可行的。
Objective:To inquire the feasibility of free bone autotransplantation on the radiated area. Methods:Three groups of dogs were radiated by 20,30 and 40 Gy of 60 Coγray at mandible respectively. Five weeks after radiation,mandiblar defect model was created and free rib autotransplantation was performed immediately. The growth of grafts was observed and compared with that in control group. Results: Radiograph of 99m TcMDP showed higher radioactive element accumulating at grafted area and active osteogenesis. Xray examination showed that the bone crust have formed at ends of bone with bone trabecula connecting both ends of host bone and graft. The tight connection of graft with host bone was observed with great amounts of osteoblasts and osteoclasts. Enzyme histochemistry examination showed different positivity of alkaline phosphoesterase and succinate dehydrogenase Conclusions:The repair of mandible defect by autotransplantation on the radiated area less 40 Gy of 60 Co γray was feasible.
