摘要
对皮革固体废弃物的成浆性能进行研究,并探讨了胶原纤维的添加对纸张物理性能的影响。通过实验分析得到皮革固体废弃物成浆的最佳碱处理条件,是在常温下用质量分数为5%的NaOH溶液浸泡皮革固体废弃物45min。研究发现,当胶原纤维打浆度为62°SR时,与植物纤维混合抄造纸张的强度性能最好。随着胶原纤维添加量增加,纸张的抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐折度都有先上升后下降的趋势。因此,适当添加胶原纤维可提高纸张的强度性能。
Collagen fibers can be prepared from the solid waste of leather by proper treatment and used in papermaking. The pulping ability of the solid waste of leather was investigated. The effect of adding collagen pulp on the paper property was studied also. The optimal alkali pretreatment conditions obtained by experiment were as follows : room temperature ; 45 minutes ; NaOH concentration, 5%. The physical strength of the paper containing collagen fiber and cellulose fiber was the best when the beating degree of collagen fiber was 62 °SR. With the increasing of content of collagen fiber, the tensile index, tear index and folding endurance of the paper improved at first and then declined. So the physical strength of the paper can be enhanced by adding appropriate amount of collagen fiber.
