摘要 分析了信号交叉口的机动车和行人的运行特性,考虑了行人过街与机动车运行的相互影响,为满足行人的安全过街,在两相位交叉口信号配时中加入行人行走的迟起、早断时间.考虑行人过街的需求,在信号配时中将行人过街的最大延误时间以及行人过街的总延误纳入到交叉口信号配时优化模型中,提出以周期、停车率、饱和度、排队长度、行人最大允许延误时间、机动车最大允许延误时间作为约束条件,以机动车和行人的总延误最小为优化目标,建立交叉口信号配时的优化模型,给出求解方法,为信号交叉口的优化配时提出新的思路. Considering the relevant moving characteristics of vehicle and pedestrian crossing, their interactions at intersections, and the safety of pedestrian, this study adds the leading and lagging green time in signal timing of the two-phase control. In view of the needs of pedestrian crossing, the maximum delay and the total pedestrian delay are introduced into the timing optimization model. The model takes the cycle, stopping rate, saturation, queue length, and maximum accepting delay of both pedestrian and vehicle as the constraint conditions. Minimum total delay of pedestrian and vehicle is the optimization object of the model. The solving methods are also provided in following part. The concept and proposed method of this study offer new ideas for the timing optimization of the signalized intersections.
