摘要
使用不同激素浓度组合的MS培养基对黄芪无菌苗的子叶进行愈伤组织的诱导,并对愈伤组织的可溶性和非可溶性蛋白含量进行测定。结果表明:该外植体在MS+6-BA 0.5mg/l+NAA 1.0mg/l培养基上的愈伤组织诱导率很高。两种蛋白质在前三十天的生长阶段都不断积累,之后开始下降。其中可溶性蛋白质含量在后期有所回升,而非可溶性蛋白质含量下降趋势则更加明显。
MS medium with different phytohormone combinations was chosen to induce callus of cotyledons from Astragalus membranacens. And the soluble protein contents and unsoluble protein contents in induced callus were determinated. The results were as follows: the highest percentage of callus was induced in MS + 6 - BA 0.5mg/l + NAA 1.0mg/l . The soluble protein and unsoluble protein accumulated at the beginning, then they decreased slowly. Soluble protein contents rised later, and unsolubie protein contents decreased significantly.
