基质金属蛋白酶与动脉内膜损伤后再狭窄的研究

Matrix metalloproteinases and the restenosis after injury of arterial intima

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶是一类蛋白水解酶家族,能降解各种细胞外基质。动物实验和临床病例分析显示基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制剂的平衡对再狭窄的形成至关重要,本文就动脉损伤后基质金属蛋白酶在再狭窄中的作用加以综述。 Matrix metalloproteinases (MMP)are a family of proteolytic enzymes that degrade various components of the extracellular matrix (ECM). Both animal experiments and clinical sample analysis have shown that balance in expression and activation of MMP and inhibition by tissue inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinase (TIMP)is critical for the development of stenotic change. This review article focuses on the role of MMP relevant to restenosis after vascular injury.
