稀土元素对K_(17)[Sm(CuW_(11)O_(39))_2]·23H_2O的扩渗及导电性研究

摘要 采用气相扩渗法,对K17[Sm(CuW11O39)2]·23H2O化合物进行了稀土Er热扩渗,经ICP测试表明,微量Er已渗入到化合物中,利用XRD对扩渗前后的结构进行了表征,表明扩渗后生成了新物质。测试了扩渗前后试样的电导性,结果发现,扩渗后试样的电导率比扩渗前提高了105倍,为杂多化合物的应用提供了基础数据。 By using the vapor phase method, we also studied the rare earth Er chemical thermal diffusion of the complexes K17[Sm(CuW11O39)2]·23H2O. The results of ICP indicted that the rare earth element Er can permeate into the surface. The results of XRD showed that the Keggin type structure was destroyed. The conductivities of permeated samples is 10^5 times higher than that of the sample before permeation.
