摘要
本文从学生适应企业文化所存在的困难和问题出发，结合高职院校校园文化建设的本质和内涵，从企业文化对员工心理素质的要求出发，联系高职院校学生心理素质教育现状。在学生心理素质教育的视角下，提出帮助学生适应企业文化的方法和策略。
This paper focus on the difficulties and problems in students to adapt to corporate culture, combined with the core of the campus culture construction in higher polytechnic college, in contact with the condition of students＇ psychological quality construction in higher polytechnic college, advices and strategies been provided to help students adapt to corporate culture form the all - around students＇ s psychological quality construction way.
