摘要
介绍了原子发射光谱分析法的原理、分析过程和在船机故障诊断中的应用。实际应用表明,定期对润滑油液进行取样化验分析,获悉运动件的运行状况和磨损趋势信息,对运动件的摩擦磨损状况进行早期判断和预警,可一定程度上减少机损事故。
Atomic emission spectroscopic is introduced from its principle, analyzing process and the application in failure diagnosis of marine engine. Application results indicate that the lubricating oil should be sampled and analyzed periodically to obtain the operating condition and wearing tendency of moving parts. And early estimation and pre-warning of the wearing condition of moving parts may reduce engine-broken to a certain degree.
