摘要
在赣北湿地松子代试验林产脂量高于群体平均数的家系中随机抽取22个家系88单株及湿地松、火炬松、马尾松各8株,测定每株中单萜类组分:α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、双戊烯、香叶烯、莰烯、α-松油醇的百分含量,从22个湿地松家系中初步筛选出高β-蒎烯、高抗家系4个,分别是家系13、15、16、19;初步筛选出高α-蒎烯、高抗家系也是4个,分别是家系2、5、11、20。α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、双戊烯、莰烯各有90%以上的家系单株间的变异系数均小于家系间的变异系数;单萜类中5个主要化学组分遗传力变动0.56—0.87;5个主要化学组分在家系间差异都达极显著,说明5个主要化学组分受较强遗传因素控制,选择育种潜力大,选择易见效。再次证实湿地松松脂中单萜类α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯呈极显著的负相关,单株试样化学组分以α-蒎烯为主,还是以β-蒎烯为主,取决于家系遗传特性。马尾松抵抗松颈象危害能力比湿地松、火炬松强,通过不同种松树单萜类组分百分含量的比较,发现马尾松内含萜类化合物中α-蒎烯和莰烯含量高、双戊烯含量低,揭示了诱发昆虫拒食性的可能机理。
Monoterpene components, namely a - pinene, b - pinene, dipentene, geronene, camphene and a - terpinenol were investigated for 22 families, consisting of 88 individuals, randomly selected from a progeny plantation as well as 8 trees each for Pinus elliottii, P. teada and P. massoniana, located in northern Jiangxi Province. The resin production of these families was over the average of the plantation. Four families, i. e. 13, 15,16,19 from 22 families were chosen for their high b - pinene content and other four, i.e. 2,5,11,20 - for high a - pinene content. Heritability for 5 monoterpene components varied between 0.56- 0.87 and there were significant differences among the families. In comparison with P. elliottii and P. teada, indigenous pine species,P, massoniana was more resistant to pine root collar weevil (Hylobius radicis). It was found that P. massoniana was characteristics of high content of a - pinene and eamphene with low content of dipentene.Selection of pine for high resistance to insects in considerations of monoterpene component is prospective, because it is related with resistance and genetically controlled.
