摘要
21世纪以来,"工作坊(workshop)"模式正被越来越多的学者所使用,其在国外学术研讨会出现的频率正在逐渐增多。笔者通过考察与了解,认为"工作坊(workshop)"模式能实现高师音乐教育专业学生创造力与综合能力的培养,对高师音乐教师教育实践具有实际意义。本文从"工作坊"概念释义及特点;"工作坊"模式在高师音乐教育学课堂中实践与运用的必要性及可行性;"工作坊"模式在高师音乐教育学课堂已有的实践与运用;"工作坊"教学模式在高师音乐教育学课堂的新探索,等四个方面探讨了"工作坊"模式在高师音乐教育学课堂中的实践与运用。
With the process of education reform of our country at the turn of 21 century, more and more people are focusing on workshop as a teaching model, especially in international academic seminar. Through researching and observing of the author, the teaching model of workshop can foster the creativity and comprehensive ability of music education in higher normal school students. From the following four aspects, that is, the concept and characteristics of workshop, the feasibility and necessity of practicing the workshop in pedagogy of music classroom, examples and the new study of the Workshop. The article discusses the practice of Workshop in pedagogy of music classroom in higher normal school.
