摘要
目的:从分子水平验证透骨消痛颗粒治疗骨性关节炎疗效,为临床用药提供依据。方法:分子对接法和靶-配体空间分布,初步鉴定出透骨消痛颗粒中治疗骨关节炎疾病的有效成分群。结果:透骨消痛颗粒是通过抑制聚蛋白多糖酶的活性、降低骨内压和降低骨性关节炎细胞因子的产生等起作用,其中,有些化合物显示出多重激酶特性。结论:透骨消痛颗粒对骨性关节炎具有潜在的协同作用。
Objective: To verify the pharmacodynamics of Tougu Xiaotong Granule(TGXTG) in preventing and treating osteoarthritis(OA) in molecular Level, and to provide the basis for clinical application of the medicine. Methods : Two computational approachs of molecular docking and target-ligand space distribution were oberserved to primarily show the kinds of effective component. Results: The molecules of TGXTG worked to inhibit the activity of aggrecanase , reduce endosteal pressure, decrease the cytokine of osteoarthritis and so on. Some of them showed desired interaction with broader protein targets. Conclusion:TGXTG had potential synergism of OA and the applied value.
