摘要
在Labindows/CVI虚拟仪器软件平台上,开发了基于PC及WINDOWS XP的EDXRF分析软件,实现了在线数据处理、谱光滑、自动/手动寻峰、实时自动稳谱、半自动刻度与标定、核素自动识别及射线源自动调控等功能。软件采用多变量、多参数构建X射线荧光分析模式,能够适应各种复杂样品的自动定性分析和定量分析,结果采用表格化、图形化输出。在IED2000D型高精度XRF分析仪运行结果表明,可以满足教学、科研和生产的需要,具有推广价值。
The EDXRF Analyzing software under WINDOWS XP and PC is developed on the basis of virtual instrument software platform Labwindows/CVI. It has realized the functions including online data processing, spectra smoothing, auto-manual peak searching, real-time spectra stabilizing, half-auto calibrating, element auto-identifying, ray source auto-modulating, etc. This software builds the x-ray fluorescence analyzing system by using multivariable parameters. And it can analyze different complicated samples, putting out the results with forms and diagrams. Considering its meeting the needs in the fields of teaching, researching and manufacturing, this software is of extension value.
