摘要
讨论了纤维缠绕玻璃钢压力容器在内压和法向一维非稳定温度场同时作用下的优化设计,以各层缠绕角为设计变量,壳壁厚度为目标函数,对压力容器内部介质温度突变到稳定温度场全过程逐时刻的不同工况,进行优化设计。
This paper discussed the optimum design for filament-wound GRP pressure vessel under internal pressure and radial direction one dimensional unstable temperature filed.The shell thickness is considered as object function while the winding angle as design variable.Practical examples are shown,in which the filament-wound pressure vessel under internal pressure and different at every moment in the whole process while the inner medium temperature suddenly changes to stable temperature field at different working circumstances are calculated.Thus,reference data is provided for optimum design of practical projects.
