摘要
介绍了某变电站运行中发生的一起10 kV真空断路器合闸线圈烧坏事故情况。分析判断事故原因是由于断路器操作频繁,在撞击力作用下,机械磨损累计增大,致使底盘车与断路器连接的机械闭锁导杆发生弯曲、变形,使底盘车操作手柄与四连杆机构连接处的塑料拉杆损坏,造成断路器在工作位置机械闭锁无法打开,最终导致合闸线圈烧损。针对本体和机构一体化真空断路器的现状,提出相应的防范措施及建议。
The paper introduces the switching coil burning in 10 kV vacuum circuit breaker. The fault reason are analyzed as following: mechanical lock pole at the junction of bottom turning gear and circuit breaker were bent and deformed resulted from eireuit breaker's frequent operation & the action of impact, thus the plastic pole at the junction of operation handle of bottom turning gear and four-bar linkage was damaged, the circuit breaker was locked and could not be opened, resulted in switching coil burning at last. In the light of the condition that the proper and structure of vacuum breaker are be integrated, related preventive measures are put forward.
