摘要 经检验发现,某糖厂3#锅炉水冷壁管发生大面积变形的严重事故。对本次事故,采用微观和宏观检验方法进行失效分析。结果表明,锅炉超负荷运行引起的水循环不良是导致水冷壁管变形的根本原因;此外,操作不当、仪表不准以及管理欠缺是造成本次事故的其他不容忽视的因素。对于此类事故,提出了相应的预防措施。 Through inspection serious problems from the 3rd boiler of a sugar refinery were found and the water-wall tubes were deformed and invalid. Macro and micro-resting methods were used to analyze the accident. Results show that the overloa- ding of the boiler causes bad water cycling. In addition, improper operation, inaccurate control instruments and lack of manage- ment are among unignorable reasons. For such accidents, some corresponding preventive measures were put for ward.
