摘要
进入新世纪以来,党和国家站在新的历史高度提出了构建服务型政府的战略决策。这一决策是符合时代发展的必然选择。然而,我国构建地方服务型政府尚存在许多限制性因素。这些限制性因素是由多种原因综合形成的,必然给我国服务型政府建设带来许多不利影响。因此,我们必须采取有效措施,合理规避建设地方服务型政府的限制性因素。
Since the new century,the Party and the Country stood on a new historical height of the proposed construction of a service-oriented government＇s strategic decision-making.h is in line with the development of the inevitable choice.However,China Construction of the remaining local government services in many restrictive factors.These restrictive factors by the integrated form of a variety of reasons,China is bound to the construction of the local service-oriented government brought many hazards. Therefore,we must take effective route,a reasonable place to avoid building a service-oriented government of the limiting factors.
