摘要
在调查了国内外无氟连铸结晶器保护渣发展状况的基础上,优化实验配方,对无氟保护渣的熔化温度、熔化速度和粘度进行实验研究。通过对实验结果的分析,得出添加剂影响保护渣的强弱顺序,并对添加剂影响保护渣性能的机理进行了论述。
This paper investigates the development of fluoride-free powder. After a short review, the experimental formula has been optimized, and the experimental melting temperature, melting rate and viscosity were studied. The strength order of additions has been demonstrated, and the principle of how additions effect powder has been documented at last.
