摘要
目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin-like growth factor 1,IGF-1)及其受体IGF-1R(insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor,IGF-1R)在前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)发生和发展中的生物学作用。方法:对26例PCa和30例良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)标本进行石蜡包埋免疫组化染色,分析IGF-1和IGF-1R在PCa和BPH组织中的表达情况及表达强度。结果:IGF-1和IGF-1R在前列腺癌组织中的表达明显增高(P<0.05),在PCa组织中阳性部位主要位于PCa细胞。结论:IGF-1和IGF-1R与PCa的发生发展可能有关,以IGF-1和IGF-1R为共同靶点有望成为前列腺癌新的治疗途径。
Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1) and insulin- like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R)and prostate cancer. Methods: A total of 26 specimens of PCa and 30 of BPH tissues were examined by means of immunohistochemistry for the expression of IGF-1 and IGF-1R. Results: the expression of IGF-1 and IGF-1R were stronger in PCa, positive staining mostly in cancer cells in PCa. Conclusion: IGF-1 and IGF- 1R may be involved in the development and progression of PCa. They promise to be a new target in the treatment of PCa.
