摘要
传统的相转移催化法合成甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯耗时,后期处理复杂,除水困难,产率低,污染严重,且环氧氯丙烷用量多,造成很大浪费。经过多次实践和改进,研制成功了一种简单易行、便于操作的新方法,此方法因为无水操作而使副反应大大减少,产率达到80%以上。
The traditional method of synthesizing glycidyl methacrylate with phase-transfer catalyst need too long time, the post-processing is complicated, water elimination is difficult, the yield is low and cause serious pollution. In addition, the amount of epichlorohydrin is large and cause great waste. After repeated pratice and improvement, the authors developed a new method which is simple and easy to operate. The method make the side reaction reduce greatly and make the yield reach more than 80%.
