摘要
围绕科技创新项目的过程管理,分析了科技创新项目的特点和管理的难点,对如何强化项目过程管理,提出了细化项目后程管理、健全项目诚信管理体系以及新建过程跟踪验证机制等新思路。
Centering on the process management of the captioned projects, this paper deals with the features of the projects and the difficulties met with during the management. As to how to strengthen the management, it proposes some new thoughts that the management of the latter part of the process should be itemized, the credible management system of projects amplified and a follow-up verification system for projects newly created.
