摘要
实际工程中遇到需要考虑X型圆钢管相贯节点平面外抗弯刚度的情况,而目前这方面的研究较少。通过试验结果与有限元分析结果的对比论证了有限元分析的可行性,在此基础上通过单参数分析明晰了影响节点平面外抗弯刚度的主要因素,然后通过正交模型设计与分析得到了X型圆钢管相贯节点平面外抗弯刚度参数计算公式,最后检验了公式的适用性。
The out-of-plane bending rigidity of X-type CHS joint need to be considered in some projects, however researches in this field are quite few. By the comparison of experiment results and FEM results, the feasibility of FEM is studied, then the main facts influencing the out-of-plane rigidity of joint is made clear. The parametric formula of out-of-plane bending rigidity of X-type CHS joint is identified by orthogonal analysis. Finally, the applicability of the parametric formula is verified.
