摘要
黄台电厂100MW锅炉由于设计问题,炉膛出口偏离设计值,过热器吸热不足,汽温严重偏低。汽温随制粉系统的运行方式、入炉煤质、锅炉负荷的变化而波动很大,虽然采取过技术改造措施,但仍无法解决低煤质、低负荷时的汽温严重偏低问题。将低负荷时停上层火嘴的常规运行方式,改为停下层火嘴的运行方式后,可大幅度地提高汽温,锅炉的排烟温度及飞灰可燃物均有所降低,提高了调峰机组的运行经济性。
The problems in design of 100 MW boiler in Huangtai Thermal Power Plant lead to deviation of furnace exit from designed value, insufficient heat absorption of superheater and rather low steam temperature.After the conventional operation mode with the top layer of burners cut off at low load is converted to that withbottom layer of burners cut off at low load, the steam temperature can be raised greatly, and both the flue gas temperature and combustibles in the fly ash can be somewhat reduced, thus improving the aperation economics of peaking units.
