177例少弱精子症患者解脲支原体感染的研究分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨少、弱精子症患者中解脲支原体(UU)感染及与UU感染有统计学关联的一些因素,为UU感染的预防提供资料。方法:调查177例少、弱精子症患者和40例正常就诊者,采用计算机辅助分析系统行精液常规分析,用UU分离鉴定培养液检测精液UU,采用混合抗球蛋白反应试验检测精液AsAb,登记表记录UU感染者相关统计学因素。结果:在177例少、弱精子症患者中,UU感染率为35%,明显高于正常对照组UU感染率10%(P<0.05),并且UU感染和年龄、性生活频率、受教育程度、居住环境有关,与包皮过长关系密切。结论:UU感染可以导致精子质量下降,包皮过长是UU感染的易患因素,建议生育年龄人群进行包皮环切。 Objective:To explore the impact of ureaplasm urealyticum(UU) infection in the male patients with azouspermatism or oligospermatism and to summarize the factors statistically correlated to UU infection, then provide evidences for clinical prevention of UU infection. Methods: The comparison was conducted between 177 cases with azoospermatism or oligospermatism and 10 cases of normal fertility. Semen Routine Analysis was taken by computer aided analysis system. Semen UU was detected by isolation and identification of UU culture. AsAh in semen was examined by mixed antiglobulin reaction. The statistical factors related to UU infection were recorded as well Results:The UU infection rate in azoospermatism or oligospermatism group is 35% which is higher than that (10%) in the normal control group (P〈0.05). UU infection was corretaled to the age, sex life frequency, education level, environment, and closely associated with redundant prepuce. Conclusions: The UU infection decreases sperm quality. The patients with the redundant prepuce are susceplible to UU infection and circumcision on the reproductive males is suggested.
