摘要 提出一种基于图像分析技术的测量润滑油中含气率的新方法。对采集到的图像进行均匀性分析,并比较不同背景下图像的差别。利用色差公式计算采样图像和基准图像之间的颜色差异,得到含气率与色值之间的线性拟合关系曲线。对油气润滑系统中实际油气两相流含气率的测试应用,取得了十分理想的效果,表明本文所建立的新型含气率测试方法具有良好的可行性,该方法不仅可以应用于油气两相流的含气率测试,而且对其他两相流的成分测试也提供了一种新的途径。 A new method for measuring the void fraction in lubricating oil is put forward based on image processing. The homogeneous property of the sampled images is analyzed and the differences of the sampled images under different background are compared. By means of the color-difference formula, the differences between sampled images are calculated and the linear fit curve about the relationship between void fraction and color-value is obtained. The void fraction in lubricating oil in oil-air lubrication system is measured by using this method and the results are satisfactory, which shows that this measuring method is reliable. The method can be used not only in the void fraction measuring in oil-air lubrication system, but also in other two-phase fluid.
