Research progress on flavonoids as enzymatic inhibitors

摘要 黄酮类化合物是一类在植物中分布广泛的天然产物,具有多种生物活性,黄酮类化合物的药理作用广泛,且每一种药理作用都有多种机制参与,其中黄酮类化合物作为酶抑制剂是一种重要的作用机制。酶在人体代谢过程中具有重要的调节作用。重点综述了黄酮类化合物对黄嘌呤氧化酶、α-葡萄糖苷酶、酪氨酸酶与醛糖还原酶抑制作用的研究进展。 Flavonoids are natural products and widespread in plants with a variety of biological activity. Flavonoids have a number of pharmacological effects and many mechanisms may be involved in each effect. The inhibition of enzymes which play important effects in the body by flavonoids is an important mechanism. The inhibition of flavonoids on enzyme such as xianthine oxidase, α-glucosidase, tyrosinase and aldose reductase were mainly reviewed in the paper.
