Characterization and application of carbon nanotube complex type filtering membrane

摘要 在常温常压下,采用流涎法制得碳纳米管复合硝化纤维素滤膜并对其表征.以染料直接灰D为模型化合物,考察该滤膜对含苯环大分子染料的吸附过滤性能.实验表明,过滤效果较好,期望用于染料废水的处理. At normal pressure and temperature, a complex type filtering membrane composed of MWNTs(multi- wall nanotubes) and cellulose nitrate was obtained by casting method, then characterized. Direct Grey D, a dye macromolecules containing benzene ring, was as model compound in order to investigate adsorption filtration per- formance of the membrane. The results show that the filtering effect is great. It is hopeful to treat industrial waste water with dye stuff by this new kind of membrane.
