摘要
广州新电视塔工程属于特大型超高层建筑,技术难度大、材料设备新、专业分包多、质量目标高,管理质量的好坏直接影响到工程质量目标的实现。通过广州新电视塔工程总承包质量管理的实践,从质量控制体系的建立、质量管理制度的推行、质量保证措施的落实,推行全面质量管理。通过对总承包质量管理过程的分析、总结,提出现阶段特大型超高层建筑质量管理的意见及建议。
As a special large and super high-rise building, Guangzhou New TV Tower has some characteristics such as very difficult construction technology, developed equipment and new materials, large quantities of division contractors and high quality object. Good or not of quality management will directly influence on realization of engineering quality object. General contract quality management in Guangzhou New TV Tower carries out overall quality management including establishment of quality control system, implementation of quality management reome and putting quality assurance measures in practice. By analyzing and summarizing up the procedure of general contract quality management, some advices are put forward on super-large super high-rise building quality management at present.
