摘要
通过对德国威达丰集团远程心电监测系统的研究及此系统在区域协同医疗示范工程中的应用,探讨如何利用远程医疗的理念,以远程心电监测系统作为手段,建立一种新型医疗卫生服务模式,形成医院、社区医疗中心的医疗资源互补,居民主动参与自身健康保健的服务体系。
By studying the Tele -ECG system provided by German Vitaphone Group as well as its application in regional coordination healthcare demonstration project, the paper discusses how to set up a new medical service model with Tele -ECG system using the concept of telemedicine and taking the Tele - ECG system as means to formulate the resources complementation between hospitals and community medical centers, and with the hope that residents can actively participate in their own health care service system.
