摘要
目的:探讨社区药物维持治疗工作的具体方法及其效果。方法:政府主导下加强多部门的协调、加大社会宣传动员;强化门诊管理、提高医务人员素质、坚持以人为本理念;药物维持治疗与心理咨询、行为干预、家庭帮教相结合;开展同伴教育员工作,增强行为干预有效性;引入激励机制,充分调动各方积极性,形成防治艾滋病合力。结果:门诊的维持治疗率明显提高;有效遏制了艾滋病的传播,减少了毒品相关犯罪,恢复了病人各项功能。结论:综合干预对社区维持治疗工作的开展有显著效果。
Objective:To discuss the development and effect of community-based methadone maintenance treatment program. Methods:Under the guidance of the government,we strengthened the coordination among departments and social mobilization of publicity; strengthened clinic management,improved the quality of medical personnel,adhered to the people-centered concept; combined drug treatment and psychological counseling and behavior intervention,family help; conducted peer education staff,enhanced the behavior intervention validity; introduced incentive mechanism,fully mobilized all enthusiasm,and cooperated to prevent AIDS. Results:Community-based methadone maintenance treatment obviously increased the rate of maintenance therapy,restrainted effectively the spread of HIV/AIDS,reduced the crime related to the drug ,and restored the functions of patient. Conclusion:Comprehensive interventions can be helpful for development of community-based methadone maintenance treatment program.
