摘要
许多矿山企业将采矿业务外包,以达到提高经济效益,增强企业核心竞争力的目的,但采矿业务外包的同时,也给安全生产管理带来一系列的问题。本文通过分析存在的问题,结合矿山实际,提出解决问题的办法与措施。
Outsourcing mining business is commonly used in many mines in order to increasing their economic benefit and also their competitive competence, meanwhile occurs many problems on production safety management. In this paper, problems are analyzed and some solutions and anti - measures are also put forward.
