摘要
本文用线性回归分析法建立起45钢淬火、回火后机械性能与回火温度之间的数学表达式,分析了线性关系的显著程度和预测回火性能的精度。试验表明,用该法预测回火性能既简便又精确。
In this paper,by using the method of linear regression ana-lysis,the mathematical expressions between the tempering temperature andmechanical properties for quenched and tempered steel 45 was established.The remarkable degree of lineared relationship and the precision of predic-ting tempered properties are also analysed.The results show that it is simpleand precise to predict the tempered properties by the method of linearregression analysis。
