摘要
本文介绍了铁基粉末冶金零件亚温碳氮共渗的过程与特点,分析讨论了亚温碳氮共渗时的真加热温度、保温时间、渗剂滴量、淬火介质和冷却方法等对铁基粉末冶金零件显微组织、硬度、变形量与耐蚀性的影响。
In this paper,the characteristics and technical process of inter-critical carbonitriding for Fe-based powder metallurgy parts was introduced.The effects of heating temperature,the holding time,the feeding amount ofcarbonitriding agent,the quenchant and cooling method on the microstrcture,the hardness,the degree of distortion and corrosion resistance of the intercri-tical carbonitrided Fe-based powder metallurgy parts are discussed.
