摘要
对用于光纤陀螺系统的双Y集成光学相位调制器的工作原理和运用进行了分析,讨论了器件的结构设计和工艺方案及其技术难点。通过计算机仿真,对器件的工艺状态和光路进行了模拟,利用模拟结果对器件的工艺和设计进行了优化,给出了实验结果。
Working theory and application of the modulator in fiber-optical gyroscopes system are analyzed. double Y integrated optical phase Configuration design, process project and technological difficulty of the modulator are discussed. Process state and the opti-way of the device are simulated. By making use of the result of simulation, the process and design of the device are optimized and the experimental results are presented.
