小切口复位外固定架固定治疗肱骨干骨折 被引量:2

Treatment of Humeral Shaft Fracture with Minimal Incision Reduction and Unilateral Exernal Fixation Frame

摘要 目的探讨外固定架固定治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效。方法采用小切口复位外固定架固定治疗肱骨干骨折128例。结果术后随访6个月~18个月,全部病例均骨性愈合,骨愈合时间2~6个月(平均3.5个月),患肢功能恢复满意,无桡神经损伤。结论小切口复位外固定架固定治疗肱骨干骨折,符合微创术式和生物学固定原则,有利于骨折愈合,可降低桡神经损伤风险,无需二次手术,便于护理和早期功能锻炼。 Objective To investigate the effect of unilateral exernal fixation frame in treating the humeral shaft fracture. Methods 128cases of humeral shaft fracture were treated with minimal incision reduction and unilateral exernal fixation frame. Results Followed-up 3months to 18 months, Healing occurred uneventfully in all cases.The course of fracture healing needed 2months to 6months(3.5 months in average).The upper extremity function got satisfactory recovery, without nervi radialis injury. Conclusion Treatment of humeral shaft fracture with minimal incision reduction and unilateral exernal fixation frame should be in conformity with minimally invasive procedure and the principle of biological fixation, It is useful for healing of fractures, without nervi radialis injury and avoid avert from second surgical intervention. It is easy for nursing and early functional treating.
