摘要
目的了解大学生社交焦虑的基本状况及社会支持与其关系。方法采用无记名问卷调查,共获有效问卷357份。调查工具包括社交恐怖症量表(SPIN),社交回避及苦恼量表(SAD)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)。结果8.1%的大学生存在社交焦虑,其中男生6.63%,女生9.42%;理工类学生社交焦虑检出率最高,为14.29%,医学类学生最低,为4.55%;χ2检验显示社交焦虑与性别等因素无相关性。t检验和Logistic回归分析发现,社会支持与社交焦虑有负相关性。结论社会支持对社交焦虑的发生有影响,应帮助学生建立社会支持系统并使其能够充分利用。
Objective To explore basic situation of social anxiety and relationship between social support and social anxiety. Methods By anonymous questionnaires, 357 students were collected as our sample. Anonymous questionnaires included Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN), Social Avoidance and Distress Scale (SAD), Perception of Social Support Scale (PSSS) and Social Support Rating Scale. Results The rate of social anxiety among our sample was 8.1% (in male 6.63 % , in female 9.42 % ) ; students of science and technology school had the highest rate of social anxiety (14.29%), while those from medical school the lowest (4.55 % ) ; It was shown that statistically social anxiety was not significally associated with gender and the like factors by Χ^2 test. Social support was negatively associated pocial anxiety by t test and Logistic regression. Conclusions Social anxiety is influenced by social support, and students should be helped to establish a social support system and take full advantage of it.
