摘要
目的:建立双氯酚酸钠释放度测定方法。方法:采用0.5%十二烷基硫酸钠为溶出介质,照分光光度法在不同时间点测定样品中双氯酚酸钠的释放度。结果:贴片体外释放度研究表明双氯芬酸钠体外释药随时间为一递增过程,符合Higuchi方程。结论:本方法药物溶出均匀,操作方便,重现性好,适合于双氯芬酸钠贴片释放度测定。
Objective：To establish a method of dissolution test of Diclofenac Sodium Patches.Methods：To use spectrophotography for dissolution test of diclofenac sodium in 0.5% SDS in different times. Results：The study indicated that the releasing amount in vitro of diclofenac sodium became more numerous as time went on,which followed the Higuchi equation.Conclusion ：This method is simple, re- producible and suitable for testing the dissolution of Diclofenac Sodium Patches.
