摘要
将蚕丝和锦纶织物置于同一染浴中以模拟蚕丝/锦纶交织物染色,探讨染色深度、染料的分子质量和磺酸基数目、pH值、染色温度等因素与蚕丝/锦纶同色性的关系。酸性染料对锦纶的亲和力大于对蚕丝的亲和力,导致了染浅中色时锦纶的表观颜色浓于蚕丝;锦纶较低的氨基含量使其染深浓色时表观颜色浅于蚕丝。试验表明,选择分子质量较大的双磺酸基弱酸性染料或含磺酸基的中性染料,在合适的pH值下染蚕丝/锦纶交织物,易获得较好的同色性。
The silk and nylon fabrics with the same weight were immersed together into the dye bath to imitate one-bath dyeing of silk/nylon blends. The influence of color depth, molecular weights of dyes, number of sulfonate groups in acid dyes, pH value of dye solution and dyeing temperature on the union dyeing property was investigated. It was found that the key factors influencing the union dyeing property were dye structure or varieties, color depth and pH value. The apparent color depth of nylon was higher than that of silk at the shades ranging from pale to medium due to the higher affinity of acid dyes to nylon than that to silk, whereas nylon exhibited lower color depth than silk at dark shades due to its lower amino group content. The good union dyeing effect was easily achieved when silk/nylon blends were dyed at appropriate pH value using the acid dyes having two sulfonate groups and relatively higher molecular weight as well as the 1 : 2 metal-complex dyes containing sulfonate groups.
