摘要
人民陪审员制度作为我国司法制度的一组成部分,其在确保司法公正、构建社会主义和谐社会等方面发挥着重要作用。但是,随着理论研究与司法实践的深入,该制度也暴露出了诸多问题。对该制度进行完善已是必须。
As one part of the judicical system in our Country, the People＇s Jury System has been playing an important role in ensuring justice. However, with the theoretical research and the promotion of judicical practice, this system meets a lot of problems. It is necessary to improve this system now. In this paper, the writer will enunciate the general situation of the Peo- ple＇ s jury system; the defects in the People＇ s jury system; and the improve way of the People＇ s jury system.
