摘要
一国对外直接投资既与东道国的市场规模、汇率水平、工资水平、税收状况等因素相关,又会受到母国自身经济水平、固定资产投资、出口、外汇储备等因素的制约。选取1986—2007年的统计数据对影响我国对外直接投资的因素进行了实证分析,结果显示,出口、GDP增长率和利率这三个因素是影响我国对外直接投资的主要因素,而外商直接投资、外汇储备、固定资产投资、汇率这四个因素是影响我国对外直接投资的次要因素。
A country＇s foreign direct investment is related to the host country＇s market scale, current rate, wage level and taxes and is restricted by her economic development, fixed assets investment, export and foreign exchange reserve. Empirical analysis of the factors affecting China＇s foreign direct investment is made in this thesis based on the selected statistical data from year 1986 to 2007. The results show that the export, GDP growth rate and interest rate are three main factors affecting China＇s foreign direct investment and that the direct foreign investment, the foreign exchange reserve, fixed assets investment and the exchange rate are four secondary factors affecting China＇s foreign direct investment.
