SrAl_2O_4∶Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)材料发光性能的影响因素的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用高温固相法在氢气还原气氛下制备了光致发光材料SrAl2O4∶Eu2+、Dy3+。研究助熔剂用量、焙烧温度、保温时间等因素对材料发光性能的影响。研究表明助熔剂用量、焙烧温度、保温时间对材料的发光性能影响很大,且均存在一个最佳值,当基质原料中助熔剂用量为15%(质量分数),焙烧温度为1250℃,保温时间为4 h时所得发光材料的性能最好。XRD测试表明,所制备的材料SrAl2O4∶Eu2+、Dy3+属单斜晶系;发射光谱测试表明,材料SrAl2O4∶Eu2+、Dy3+的发光光谱是以Eu2+为发光中心位于525 nm的带状谱。 A photo-induced luminary SrAl2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+ was prepared by high temperature solid state reaction in a reducing atmosphere of hydrogen. The main factors affecting property of this phosphor were studied,including the different additions of boric acid, calcining temperature and holding time. The investigation shows that factors which strongly effect on luminescence property , the optimum condition is as following:the content of the flux of 15% ,calcining temperature of about 1250 ℃, holding time of about 4 h. XRD analysis indicates that the material of SrAl2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+ is monoclinic crystal. The emission spectrum of SrAl2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+ indicate that the luminescence spectra is the broad band spectra peaking at 525 nm,and Eu^2+ is the luminescence center.
