摘要
在对电网工程项目管理的现状和电网工程项目的信息管理需求进行分析基础上,以河北省电力公司电网工程项目优化后的实际业务流程为例,对其模块功能进行了设计和应用研究。系统不仅提高了其信息管理的自动化和智能化水平,也有助于推动电网工程项目管理的水平。
It is more and more important that development and application of modem project management model and promotion of ＂one strong and three excellent＂ construodon and lean management of compaules. It was designed and researched that management information system by taking Hebei Electric Power Corporation for an example based on analysis of the status and needs of electric power project information management. It not only could improve the automation and intelligent of information management, but also development of electric power project management.
