摘要
根据高职院校定位和人才培养的需求,提出了"学习型"、"实践型"、"研究型"的高职院校"双师"素质教师队伍培养模式,并通过实践取得了初步成效。
The paper puts forward the pattern of training learning-based practice-based, teachers based on the orientation of higher vocational college and the demand for talents. It also reveals the primary effects of the training pattern.
