摘要
教学改革是高校发展的动力,培养社会适用的高质量人才是教学改革的目标。本文从机械专业的应用型人才的定位分析,确定工程师的能力规格,强调工程设计能力的培养,提出设计能力的培养途径和具体的实施措施。教学实践表明:能力定位准确、教改措施得力、教学效果显著。
Education reform is the driving force for the development of universities, and to foster high - quality application -oriented talents is the goal of teaching reform. In this paper, training approaches of the design capacity and the concrete implementation measure have been put forward by analyzing the localization of me- chanical engineering applicationoriented talents, defining the competency of mechanical engineers, emphasizing the training of engineering design capacity. Teaching practice shows that: ability localization is accurate, the educational reform measure is efficient, and the teaching effect is remarkable.
