摘要
目的为降低急诊处方错漏事件发生率提供借鉴。方法抽取2001-2008年共80000张急诊处方，对317例造成患者不满和可能导致其伤害的事件进行分析。结果问题处方年发生率呈下降趋势，大部分由于未注明皮试、未皮试、超年龄用药等原因造成。结论药师自身水平不断提高，服务意识不断增强，发现问题和解决问题能力不断提高，有效改善和减少问题处方所造成的不良后果。
Objective To provide a reference for incidence of errors in emergency pharmacy. Methods We analyzed 317 cases of events from 80 000 prescriptions which led to dissatisfaction among patients and caused harm to them from 2001 to 2008. Results The incidence of prescription errors every year declined and most of them were caused by no indications of skin test, no skin tests, and so on. Conclusion Pharmacists＇ abilities to discover and solve problems are improved as the result of improving level of pharmacists and enhancing service consciousness, and therefore adverse events are controlled or reduced effectively.
