摘要
在即将实施的青藏高原永久冻土层天然气水合物的钻探中,钻井液体系的研制起着举足轻重的作用。通过对高原冻土天然气水合物的赋存环境特性和钻井取心工艺技术特点的分析研究,以流体低温特性理论为指导,同时借鉴国外的先进经验,提出了以分解抑制法为基础进行低温钻井液体系设计的技术方案。在低温钻井液基础液研究的基础上,以15%NaCl溶液作为基础液研制出了满足高原冻土天然气水合物钻探要求的无固相低温钻井液体系,弥补了国内在这方面研究的不足,为实施高原冻土天然气水合物钻探做好了钻井液方面的技术准备工作。
It is very essential o develop a proper drilling fluid system for natural gas hydrate drilling which is to be put into operation in Tibet Plateau permafrost. This paper analyzed on the characteristics of environmental conditions and the features of core drilling technology of natural gas hydrate in plateau permafrost. By reference to the specific low-temperature fluids theory and based on the advanced experiences of foreign countries,a low temperature drilling fluid system is suggested based on the inhibited decomposition method. Taking the 15%NaCl solution as a basic liquid,we developed a kind of solids-free low temperature drilling fluid system,meeting the requirement for natural gas hydrate drilling in plateau permafrost,and this fills in the domestic research blanks.
