摘要
本文介绍在学习十五大报告、推动教学改革方面的一些认识和体会。主要内容涉及：学校的定位和特色；人才培养模式的改革；专业调整和改造；全面修订适应新世纪需要的教学培养计划；教学改革中应特别重视的几个问题。
In this article the author expresses his knowledge about learning from the report delivered on the 15th National Party Congress and propelling education reform.The chief content embodies: characteristics and orientation of the school, reform of the pattern of professional training, adjustment and reform of disciplines, general devision of teaching plan to meet the needs of the new century and some key issues in the education reform.
