摘要
分析了我国农网投资现状,提出了农网投资需求量大而农电企业缺乏可持续发展能力等问题。基于此,提出了建立农网发展基金、建立农网建设投资长期低息贷款机制、继续执行农网还贷资金政策等建议,为实现我国农网可持续发展提供决策参考。
The paper presents an analysis of the current situation of the investment in rural power grids. It suggests that development of rural power grids needs large funds, but rural power supply companies lack capability for sustainable development. Based upon this analysis, it is proposed that the rural power grid development fund should be established, long-term low interest loans be provided and the existing preferential policies on credit repayment be continued. The suggestions proposed in the paper provide valuable references for policymakers to realize the sustainable development of rural power grids.
