雌、孕激素负荷法大鼠子宫肌瘤模型的建立 被引量:9

Fibroid Model of Rat Established with Estrogen and Progesterone Load Method

摘要 目的根据子宫肌瘤的卵巢性激素依赖性原理,以雌、孕激素负荷法建立大鼠子宫肌瘤模型。方法将42只SD大鼠随机分为4组:正常对照组、模型组、大黄蛰虫丸组、桂枝茯苓胶囊组,采用雌、孕激素负荷法建立大鼠子宫肌瘤模型,测量并计算大鼠子宫湿重、子宫系数、左右宫角长度、宫角最大直径、宫颈长度、宫颈下宽、宫颈上宽;观察大鼠子宫大体形态;HE染色镜下观察大鼠子宫平滑肌病理改变;检测大鼠血液流变学指标。结果雌、孕激素负荷造模后,大鼠子宫湿重等各项指标均显著增加;大体观子宫色泽晦暗,明显肿胀、结节;镜下观察大鼠子宫平滑肌增生,细胞排列紊乱;血液流变学指标显示模型大鼠体内出现血液浓、黏、凝、聚状态。结论雌、孕激素负荷法大鼠子宫肌瘤模型成功建立。 Objective Fibroid model of rat was established with Estrogen and Progesterone Load method according to ovary sex hormone dependence principle. Methods 42 SD rats were divided into 4 groups randomly : the controlled group, the model group, the Dahuang Zhechong pill group, the Guizhi Fuling capsule group. The fibroids model of rat was established with Estrogen and Progesterone Load method. Uterus wet weight, uterus coefficient, length of left and right uterine horns, maximum diameter of uterine horns, uterus length, the upper and lower width of cervix were measured and calculated. General shape of rats' uterus was observed. Rats' smooth muscle change was observed under HE dying Observes chromatoscope. Hemorheology indexes were examined. Results Uterus wet weight increased, and looked dull, swelling, and with nodules in the rat models. Smooth muscle proliferation was observed. The cell an'angement was disordered. The hemorheology indexes indicate that blood became thicker, more sticky and congealed in rat models. Conclusion Objective Fibroid model of rat was established with Estrogen and Progesterone Load method successfully.
