四种屋顶绿化候选植物的耐热性研究 被引量:12

A Heat Tolerance Study in Four Candidate Plants for Green Roof

摘要 筛选适应屋顶特殊环境的绿化植物是屋顶绿化的基础,耐热性是屋顶绿化植物必备的指标之一,本试验选择中华景天、胭脂红景天、花蔓草、佛甲草等4种屋顶绿化候选植物,研究了在高温胁迫条件下植株的形态特征、目测质量、植物株高、盖度、叶片相对含水量、电导率。结果表明:所有参试植物的生长和生理指标都随热胁迫的程度而变化,但植物之间差异显著。热胁迫15d,中华景天、胭脂红景天、花蔓草、佛甲草的目测质量分别下降30%、70%、85%、89%;盖度分别下降4%、58%、92%、98%,株高分别下降10%、24%、73%、48%;相对含水量分别下降12%、16%、21%、21%;电导率分别上升到2.8、4.1、4.5、5.4倍;说明佛甲草的耐热性最差,花蔓草的耐热性略高于佛甲草,胭脂红景天和中华景天的耐热性要显著高于佛甲草和花蔓草。 It is a basic work for green roofs to filtrate plant species which adapt to the special circumstances of roof. Heat tolerance is one of the parameters for green roof plants. In this study, four candidate plant species, Sedum hispanicum L, Sedum spurium M. Bieb, Atenia cordifolia (L. f.) Schwant, Sedum lineare Thunb were studied. We measured their morphological characteristics, visual quality, plant height, coverage, leaf relative water content, and leaf electrolyte leakage under high temperature conditions. The results showed that all plants' growth and physiology index changed under heat stress, and they had different significantly. After 15 days heat stress, Sedum hispanicum, Sedum spurium, Atenia cordifolia, Sedum lineare, their visual quality declined 30%, 70%, 85%, 89% respectively, their coverage declined 4%, 58%, 92%, 98% respectively, their plant height declined 10%, 24%, 73%, 48% respectively, their relative water content declined 12%, 16%, 21%, 21% respectively, their electrolyte leakage added to 2.8, 4.1, 4.5, 5.4 times respectively. These showed that Sedum lineare is the worst in heat tolerance. Atenia cordifolia preformed better than Sedum lineare. Sedum hispanicum and Sedum spurium preformed significant higher heat tolerance than Sedum li^are and Atenia cordifolia.
