摘要
目的:观察蜂针对佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清及滑膜浸液肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的影响,探讨蜂针治疗类风湿性关节炎的免疫机制。方法:应用Freund氏完全佐剂造模,对佐剂性关节炎(adjuvant arthritis,AA)大鼠,施以蜂针治疗设为蜂针组,注射氢化可的松的激素组作为阳性对照,不做治疗AA大鼠为模型组,观察蜂针对AA大鼠血清及滑膜浸液TNF水平的变化。结果:蜂针组AA大鼠血清和滑膜浸液的TNF水平均显著低于模型组(P<0.0001、P<0.0002)。结论:蜂针对风湿性关节炎的治疗作用可能与其抑制TNF过度分泌有关。
Objective To observe bee sting therapy on tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in serum and synovial fluid in rats with adjuvant-induced arthritis and explore the immune mechanism of the therapy for rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods A murine model of rheumatoid arthritis was established by using Freund' s complete adjuvant. Then the rats with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly assigned to receive bee sting therapy (bee-sting therapy group), hydrocortisone group (control group), or no treatment (model group). The impact of bee sting therapy on TNF levels in serum and synovial fluid was observed. Results TNF levels in serum and synovial fluid were significantly lower in the bee-sting therapy group than in the model group (P 〈 0.000 1 and P 〈 0.000 2). Conclusions The therapeutic effect of bee sting therapy for RA may be associated with the suppression of excess TNF secretion.
